Alexander Lazare,
A culinary chef and graduate of the prestigious Ferrandi School in Paris's 6th arrondissement, Alexander Lazare spent two consecutive years in the kitchens of Loiseau Rive Droite, where he developed and affirmed his creativity. He then refined his mastery of French gastronomy under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Dominique Bouchet.
He further honed his craft alongside renowned chefs such as Patrice Hardy and Ichei Taguma, who introduced him to bold and distinctive flavors.
In 2016, he took charge of the kitchen brigade at Noglu in Paris, where he expanded his creativity and elegance. Staying true to his values, he offers cuisine that is wholesome, vibrant, and refined.
Since then, he has led kitchens in several restaurants, including Le Prince Racine, Les Cuivres, and finally Un Jour à Peyrassol, a restaurant specializing in truffle-based dishes.
Alexander Lazare has also made his mark in the event industry, working as a private chef for prestigious families in Paris and Saint Petersburg.
Additionally, he has served as a culinary consultant for several Parisian coffee shop brands, including Le Pont Traversé and Braun Notes, bringing his signature creativity and finesse to each establishment.
With his diverse skills and exceptional talent, Alexander Lazare continues to influence and inspire the Parisian culinary scene.

Graduated from IESEG School of Management, one of the top business schools in Paris, Nicholas Ford founded Name Events Paris during his studies with the goal of organizing memorable and accessible events for students. Thanks to his innovative vision, he created unique experiences in prestigious venues such as Le Flow and Le Bal de la Marine, combining a festive atmosphere with well-managed budgeting.
Alongside this entrepreneurial venture, he held a key position at The Hotel, a four-star establishment in Brussels. This experience allowed him to master the codes of luxury and hotel event management while developing his leadership and high-end client relations skills. Working in such a demanding environment refined his attention to detail and taught him how to meet the expectations of an international clientele while ensuring flawless execution of events within the hotel.
Today, with this dual expertise in luxury hospitality and event management, Nicholas Ford offers tailor-made solutions to create exceptional moments. Whether for private or corporate events, he oversees every detail from concept to execution, collaborating with top-tier service providers to ensure a refined and personalized experience.
